Yes, but that looks like the standard width car, not the wider truggy. Also I believe the shark kit comes with all the hop ups.

it is an rtr blaze.
will take some serious hopping up to make it fully race worthy. Cheaper to buy an LRP shark up front.

you will need
pivot ball front end - £13
shocks - £30
driveshafts - £30
diffs - £35

much cheaper in the long run for the Shark, and it has extra bling not listed above.
