It is 5 months old and is in very good condition. This phone is the best that I have ever had, it is amazing for connecting to Wi-Fi areas and browsing the internet, sending and receiving emails and many more functions such as Satalite navigation. The "NOKIA" logo has been slightly worn of but apart from that there is no scratches on the screen on fascias.
I have updated the phone in the past few weeks to the latest Nokia Maps, it includes a Vodafone pay-as-you go sim card but a contract sim can be inserted. However I think it is locked to Vodafone but I'm sure it can be easily unlocked.
The only issue with the phone is that its hasnt got the standard battery, it is slightly smaller than standard. These can be easily replaced from a well known auction site.
