Default Small strong RTR with stick tranny

Ive been thinking of treating Claire to a RTR to mess with, something for Xmas (something I can play with ).

Looking through the choices they seem to come with steer-wheel trannies, but I want to get her a stick tranny combo.

Criteria:
Fixable (spares easy to source)
stick tranny
comes with everything to run
Faster than the cat (of the 4 legs and a tail variety).

Was looking at the HPI 4wd wheelie king - which seems great for the money, but again its steer wheel.

If I had the spare cash it'd be a Tamiya TXT-1

I just want to get her used to the co-ordinations of driving before I get her a B4 as she does fancy racing.

Chris

Infact, looking at the Losi website - the Desert truck looks perfect. Its a XXXT chassis, so easily upgradeable as skill develops.
