Default xx4 spares wanted!!

Ive decided to keep it old school and bought a brand new xx4 for my return to racing next year.

With Losi no longer making the car, spares is my only problem. Ive got my old car which im gonna use but want to start building up enough spares in prep for getting me through a full season next year.

If anyone has any or even has a full car they want to sell then p.m me!

Thanks

Cheers mate, will be good to see everyone again and cannot wait to get back on the track! My thumbs have been itching all year but had a few things that needed sorting before fully committing myself to racing again.

Still not decided which 2wd to go for yet, am split between going back to the B4 or trying the X6? Wayne has reported good things about the X6 from what he saw at nationals this year but not sure i can take advice from someone so rubbish! lol

Not sure which brushless system to go for either as ive been out the game since last year and never converted from brushed.

Same goes for batteries.

Any advice would be appreciated

Hi Craig,

My advice - stock up on cable ties to stop the wires falling off

hahahahaha!! Was thinking elastic bands might be a better option next year, or a drop of super glue! ha.

novak/lrp/nosram all do really good brushless esc's and motors, were all moving onto lipo batteries now or if you want more nimh cells then you'll want some 4200's or 4600's B4 and X6 are both awsome cars still the kyosho RB5 is also starting to become quite popular among some of the top drivers so that might be another car to think about, the X6 will cost you a fair bit more but you won't be disapointed which ever car you go for there all top spec
