Default Transponder question

Has anyone tried these new MRT PTX-20 transponders, I race at 2 local clubs, one runs rc3 and the other rc4, I know a Harry works as I have one but after a cheaper alternative for my daughter and I have heard these now work with the rc4 system, if so where is best place to buy them from

Cheers
