Default Losi 5ive T

I had a feeling even before I'd paid for this that it might not be staying long, purely because of vet bills for my dog.

But I went for it anyway knowing at worst all I'd lose is a bit of money on it, which doesn't even come into it when it comes to my dog, so it's up for sale even before bashing it!

Anyway, most of you wil recognize it as Nicks old one (who's perfectly fine with me re-selling it)

In the pictures is exactly as it came (pinion guard just needs putting back on, forgot to for the pictures )

I then bought a Losi tuned pipe with the HPB stud kit.

On arrival, I noticed the clutch was engaging even when the pullstart was pulled very very slowly, so I stripped it to have a look and it looks like the pads simply weren't seated right.. Put it back together, fired up perfectly fine, when revved, the clutch let go again, so I stripped it again, to find one of the bolts was a bit loose, must not have quite nipped it up enough.

Now it seems fine as far as I can tell, but when testing, the pullstart gave up, but their IS a replacement on the way and included in the same as soon as it arrives, theirs also a clutch spring on the way with the pullstart to be doubly sure it runs fine, if the clutch let's go again, the springs ready to go straight in.

Engine is a 30.5cc KM which has good compression and starts perfectly, it's fitted with a remote killswitch, not sure of the brand but it does work fine, been tested and working, the exhaust I wasn't keen on but actually doesn't coat everything in oil like you'd expect, but I bought the Losi pipe anyway, not even fitted it yet.

The rest of the spec is as follows; Savox 0235 steering servo, Hot Racing chassis braces, DDM top chassis brace, LRP dual steering servo saver, Triple A racing spoiler, FullForce fuel lines, QR fuel connectors, along with some other bits and bobs not really worth mentioning but are included, along with all the spares you see in the pictures.

It's used, so don't expect it to be brand new, but it's perfectly functional, aside from the things mentioned above which at most will cost you a little bit of time fitting, on a 5ive, it's no problem being so easy to work on.

Only known thing that is of concern would be a rip in one of the tyres, but it's been taped from the back, however, it needs a new foam putting in.

Theirs also a complete new set of tyres if you wish to change them all together.

Spares include a complete set of blue springs, chassis braces, top braces, air filter, almost full bottle of Castrol oil (80ml gone) various brake components and some other odds and ends which are pictured.

You'll need your own transmitter and receiver.

I think that's about everything, if I've missed anything, feel free to just drop me a PM, I usually reply very quickly.

Price wise I'm looking for £700 posted, won't be cheap postage because of the size of the box.

I'd much prefer cash on collection, I'm in Carnforth (North West England) which would be £650, maybe open to trades but would need a decent amount of cash my way towards the potential near future vet bills.

Thanks for looking and if you have any questions, just message me!
