Default Bullet connectors

The lipos I want to get come with tamiya connectors on, but I want to carry on using bullet connectors. Ive seen some people using connectors (female part) which has a hard plastic cover and there next to each other.

Where can I get these from?

probably mean the ones on the corerc lipos. schumacher have them on the site to buy individualy http://www.racing-cars.com/products.asp?recnumber=5885
