Default Transponders

Bit of a silly question but where is the best place to get hold of a AMB rc4 transponder
Looked at AMB but was wondering if there was anyone else who stocks them on the shelf as I'm after 2
Also which is the better the rc4 or the rc4 hybrid as this one also works on older systems

Cheers

try here

MyLaps aren't repairable should you happen to have on fail or the wire breaks were it enters the case.

You may want to consider the MRT PTX which works with the RC3 & 4 decoders.

The Rc4 hybrid ( Harry ) is the better all round bet from Amb... Google transponders....some RC shops such as Demon Products sometimes stock them.
They can be bought cheaper from the States tho..
MRT is very good...their latest PTX works on all systems..is cheaper than Amb and, as stated above, can be repaired, have shorter wires etc..

We fixed an AMBrc item trackside a while back

With the MRT you undo four screws, clean the resin away and resolder wires. Also much easier to install custom length wires unlike the MyLaps which have to be crimped for the plug.
