Default Inserts

Can anyone confirm the inserts that most guys use with the Proline Holeshots at the RHR Dirt track?

Thanks in advance.

I use the Red AKA closed cell inserts personally, but i'm sure proline would want you to buy their blue version of the closed cell. The AKA's work well and and feel great on the tyre. Much more balanced than the included white foams.

At RHRD meetings, I do see a lot of the white included inserts in the bins. I've seen Neil Cragg gluing up with two stage foam inserts, but not sure which, most likely something from CML/Proline?

I've used the whites, and they need trimming for front tyres, and shaping a bit for rears. They just seem to get unbalanced when I've used them, so I've invested in the closed cells. What's a few more quid on top of some expensive tyres anyway. They do last well, both tyres and AKA inserts. I've still got a usable set of M3's from the first oople at RHRD, which do have the white inserts in, that I use for practice on my B4.1. Done both oople's, and all the Proline challange meetings, as well as some track practice sessions.

I'd say "most" people use the included white inserts though, to answer the question. :-)
