Hello, i just got B4.1 WC and already built her up. I already have SAVOX servo 1257TG and now thinking of the motor/esc. I have a spare 6.5T SP motor and wondering if its too powerful for the 2wd? Any opinion will be appreciated.
Also i need some info on pinion use on my B44.2 buggy. She's using SP Reventon Pro 1.1 with 7.5T motor. Spur is 81T. What size pinion should i start with? Thanks in advance. Cheers... ![]() |

You might be better putting the 7.5 in your 2wd and the 6.5 in your 4wd...at least you wouldn't need to buy a new motor this way?

My track is small/medium size. Actually my current setup on my B44.2 is the 6.5T but its too strong for my track and i have to bring down my EP to -25% and also recently my ESC is not working therefore i bought a new combo 7.5T. I will be mostly race on my B44.2 and not my B4.1 and will be putting the new combo to my B44.2.

23 or 24, 23 or lower and it gets a little warmer.
24 is good but a 26 with be better for you if you want it smoother(slower) I put a 6.5 in mine for me its better than a 7.5 but if its a smaller track i imagine your on the brake a lot so if heat is an issue then up the pinion. Although a sp 1.1 i think runs a little cooler than a rev v3, i am thinking about getting the larger capacitor bank for mine.
