Well, off road car can't never be good on road car. But still, it seems like my durga does not have on asphalt onpower steering at all. Seems like front tires do not have enough grip. But when moving slowly, with minimum power, it steers enough well. When there is very loos surface, then it has enough onpower steering (sometimes maybe even more than enough).
Has anybody noticed same problem or is my setup absolutely wrong? I found 2 ways to improve onpower steering on asphalt 1) I glued bowtie tires on front dishes (I mean it seriously!!!) 2) Very stiff rear springs. But I think both ways are abnormal |

A stiff rear spring is not abnormal. I'm not sure what you mean about the tyres, they should always be glued on anyway.
It is probably the high grip on the tarmac that is causing it, the front suspension will rise and be extended to its limits on power, so when you steer the wheels will lift and you will have no grip. So stiff rear springs is quite correct. Also, try some TRF shocks. They have a lot more travel and you are less likely to reach their limits. The car handles much better on all surfaces with them. |

Yes, i'm using TRF shocks and springs. Right now hard spring in front, medium rear, oil in shocks is 35. I tried also hard in rear, this is true, there was more grip (but not enough).
Ok, it sounds very logical that there is not enough grip in front but how to increase grip in front? What to do? Which setup to use? What tires should I use (not foams!)? About tire gluing I did mean: Proline Bowtie REAR tires glued on front narrow dishes! |

That could be your downfall, try a softer spring.

limit rear droop - more rear droop will hang onto corners more and not allow the car to rotate.
