Default Pinions On RB5

Just wondering if you can use long pinions and also what sort of gearing for a 6.5 BL.

Thanks

You really need to be specific on motor make/model and rotor type/size.

Could I use the long pinion and turn it around? Do you just stick with the 78 spur

Whilst we are on gearing an RB5 - suggestion for a LRP 10.5 (i know Im a wimp!) Should have got a 6.5! Using Lipos...

Cant see flipping the pinion being a problem. Dont know about the spurs though..

I run a 24 / 78 on my Novak 10.5.
It is indoors on a small track, which has a carpet and wooden floor mix.
