Default bmax 4 III shells and other info

Hi guys anyone know if there is any other shells that fit the new bmax 4?

£29.99 for a shell is crazy money, ok it might come with masks but i dont need them so whats the point, a car drove over me splitting the shell hence the new shell

also what springs are you all using? i run mine today and it was great! well chuffed running as kit on carpet (high grip)

is there any other parts that most are finding they need?

all the best lee

If the BMax4 II body shell fits then Penguin Custom RC Body Shells make one that will fit

It's not a perfect fit but can be done with some trimming. I have the penguin one and it's a nice shell.

That wont fit. Thats for an Xray.

There is no other shell for the Bmax4 III yet to my knowledge.

Same with the older car. Now there is more interest more shell manufacturers may well come out with something.

If you feel the shell is rather fragile then back it with shoo goo. That will make it a lot tougher.

Yes it will. The kit one is paper thin. Split on first outing. now repaired with shoegoo, but I don't like how thin it is. Feels like it will break at any point.

I like the look of the shell just as you said its a bit thin, a guy was racing the new losi 22-4 sunday his shell was really thick, had a bit of a shock when I picked it up lol
