Default Carisma GT14B cut out problem

Hi guys
I have been encountering issue with a new Gt14b rtr which has all at my local club scratching their heads.

When the car is driven round the track it manages half a lap then cuts out, in order to restart it the esc is turned of then on and it goes for another half lap and so on. All wires have been wiggled battery checked and binding of the radio checked but to no avail .

Here is the mad bit if the car is driven up and down in the outside corridor it's fine , it's been sent back to cml who have not been able to replicate the fault either.
A number of our club driver are cml sponsored and have never seen anything so frustrating happen.

Has anyone on this forum had a similar issue ?????

Any suggestions ideas welcome !!!
Thanks

What battery are you actually using?
If the ESC has a low voltage cut off it may be that the supplied Nimh batteries voltage drops under race loading, in a corridor you won't get the motor fully loaded and not drop below the cut off level.
Get yourself an Ezrun 35a and a couple of lipo's as first and needed upgrade

I ran exactly this setup in a mini8, (same Rtr ESC and motor as 14b) I know a 14b is setup for saddles but if you put your electrics on 1 side and measure the room you have for a battery on the other the above may fit
