Motor question

I have a question about the motor-series from ezrun. Some days ago I have got a combo with a 60a esc and a 13 t motor 3000kv. This combo works good in my kyosho lazer, but it could be a bit faster. I know that there is also a 9t 4300 kv motor from ezrun (this may be a bit to fast or to strong for the esc, I also dont want to damage this vintage car).

Now I have seen, that there are several aother different motors from Hobbypower. For example the Hobbypower 3650 10T 3900KV. Is this motor from the same manufacture and only with an other label? It looks identical to my 13T from ezrun (hobbywing).

If the hobbypower motors have the same quality as ezrun (hobbywing), the 10T could be an compromise to the 9T motor.
