Default New to lipos please help

Hi all,

I have a 4800mah battery 7.4volt 2s battery and was wondering what amperage i should be charging it at?

1C.

Which in this case is 4.8 amps. (4800mAh/1000 = 4.8)

Did you read the second line of my post?

1C is the standard Lipo charge rate. Which is 4.8 amps for your 4.8 amp hour battery.

If you had a 6 amp hour battery, charging at 1C would be 6 amps. If you were to charge at 1.5C, a 6 amp hour battery would be charged at 9 amps.
