Unfortunately, you'll need to fight your way through the website.

I mailed them directly and got a copy of the correct order form (i'm doing a trade in) back within 48 hours.

here is what to do

google "model racing technology" (their full name)

which gives this page

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=mo...EYHI0wWSv4CwDQ

then the second one down shows its a pdf form for the ptx..... simples

or on this page use the search box and there are full instructions of how to order one, I think the thread title is mrt rc4?

Also if you just want a new transponder without any cloned numbers/trade in, you dont need to fill in the order form. Just email them and ask to buy one, they'll send you the info on how to pay. I paid for mine on the weekend by Paypal and it arrived today.

I almost didnt bother due to the hassle (in this internet age!) they'd rake in much more cash and probably save themselves loads of admin by having a proper website. I'm no expert on ecommerce but I'm sure theres plenty of things out there, they could even sell purely on eBay and make a killing.
