The M03 has a high CG and narrow track so will always be sensitive. Although try fitting some stiff springs, a long time ago I had a mini and ran Tamiya TRF-type shocks with the white (extra hard) springs on the front, this made it a lot more stable.

Another one to try is the "short" spring set that Tamiya do for the oil shocks although they are not as stiff as the normal TRF springs they let you drop the ride height down so lower the CG quite a bit.

I guess you could try putting a bead of glue on the side walls of the front tyres?

it stops the tyre rolling, you could also, if it allows you too, give extra camber on the front tyre, so it isn't rolling onto the outer edge of the tyre

then get it as low as possible, stiffen it up, and if it got a geared diff, pack it with grease.

it will stiffen up the diff action, giving better drive out of the corner, and keep the car a bit more stable going into the corner
