TORCH AGM 1st Nov 2013

All members are invited to the TORCH AGM on Friday 1st November at 7.30pm at the Cormorant Pub in Porchester (PO16 9QX) - same place as last year.

I expect some will be eating before the actual meeting so if you fancy some food before the meeting I suggest you get there a bit earlier.

All proposals must be sent to [email protected] with both a proposer and seconder by Friday 25th October. This is the only way to put a proposal forward - not via PMs or emails to individual members of the current committee. Either the proposer or seconder must be at the meeting to present the proposal and if necessary explain it.

All positions on the committee will also be open to the vote at the meeting.

Hopefully see as many of you as possible there.

Really hoping to be there Rob (and committee) as I think you guys have done a great job and deserve the members support. As usual it's likely to depend on getting a lift though, as at the moment all signs are that I won't have been cleared to drive by then, paper work currently stuck in limbo betwean NHS and DVLA

Is anyone planning on attending who's going near Ashurst and wouldn't mind being saddled with my company? There's a pint in it...
