What follows is a paste of my conversation with Richard Lowe when i asked him the same question. ( He`s a top BJ4WE driver )

Hope it helps you.

My setup has changed quite a bit since then, it doesn't transfer exactly to the B44 but it's close enough

Front shocks - Silver spring, 45w AE, No1 AE piston, inner on tower outer on wishbone.
Rear shocks - Silver spring, 35w AE, Losi orange piston, inner on tower and wishbone.
Front toplink - 1 washer inside, outer hole on topdeck (same as outer-outer for the B44)
Rear toplink - 4 washers inside (2 washers for you), middle on hub.
Steering rack position, back with 3 washers.

I've not played with LiPo too much but I'd imagine you would gear slightly higher due to the reduced weight, I'm running my Nosram 6.5 on 22/81 with NiMh's atm so try starting there or 23/81.

You might find the car is too stiff on the back with the lighter LiPo's in, when I try some I'd guess I'd start on green springs with 30w oil.
