Kyosho alpha

My Dad has recently acquired what we believe to be a kyosho alpha gp10 in as new condition. There are no running marks on the chassis and the fuel tank is bone dry.
Were struggling to find much out about it though, how old it is? value? spares availability etc, and he's in 2 minds as to whether to sell it for funds for his 10th off road buggy or get the fuel and run it.
So I gues what I'd like to know is how much these cars are worth, how easy they are to get spares for, how much spares are and any other info on these cars?

I really dont know about the Alpha GP10(I'm 100% off roader ), but perhaps someone can help you if you post some pictures of the car.
