B4 Chassis

Al right me darlings.

I’ve got a question to ask you guys, has AE changed the chassis material on the b4 since I stop racing?
I bought a few new bits for my b4 as I’m racing this weekend and the welsh show and I noticed the new b4 chassis was much blacker and less shiny as the one I was replacing it with

Dose this change the handling of the car?
