Default Battery charging problem

As above its been on charge for 48 mins and only put 528 in ! Voltage reads 8.365 and charge rate is at 0.28 , all my other battery's have charged fine , this one doesn't want to end , is it safe to carry on charging ? Any ideas as to why its taking so long
