Hello chaps my soldering iron has gone pop so I'd like to replace my mains powered iron with a good 12v one any recommendations?

Its not electric but it is awesome, gets very hot - enough for big connectors and 12awg wire. I pretty much use this for everything now and a refill of butane takes seconds and lasts for ages - over an hour continuous.

The best 12v iron i feel is the old Wasp design, now sold by SPEC racing. 12v, will outlive you and your child and a decent price to.
