how do you make a custom shell?

Hi,
i have learly made my custom xxx4 now called the aero4 but i need a shell. does any one know where i can get them made or how i could do it myself? what would i make the mould out of and where do you get sheet lexan?

u need someone with a vacforming machine pipe make a plug from wood or plaster that should do it pipe
