Tamco TAB6 Pro charger not piwering up

Guys
I plugged it into the mains, wasn't looking but heard it beep as normal then when I went to plug the battery to charge saw that it was on at all. Tried switching on many times still nothing. Any ideas could it be the fuse in the plug?
