finally got one, was having the run around with my service providor......
I needed one as I got mis-sold a head unit with Bluetooth audio streaming facility, and got told that my phone should work. Thanks anyways

no, it means you can stream audio to device like a bluetooth headset, your computer (if it has the correct bluetooth) or, in my case, my new bluetooth enabled cd tuner in the car.
