Default XXX4 Rear CVD Alloy Drive Shaft

Silly me...I've broken my CVD playing in the street, testing my car.

I was power sliding and hit a drain cover and nearly took the rear corner off the car.

I was wondering if any kind person could donate a rear CVD Alloy Drive Shaft to get me back racing if they had a spare one like this.

PM me if you have as it would be much appreciated

Thanks in advance

Brett

Is it just broke out at the pin hole as if so you could just re-drill the hole? You need a jig for this though.

Yes mate, ripped clean out.

I wish I had a jig could have saved a load of drive shafts on my snoring car!

Col

Thanks, you might have to bring it to York next time it's on.....

I put some xxx4 CVD's in the rear with some out drive savers, anyway the out drive savers did their job but the CVD must have been the next weakest point. Doh!

No worries pal. Touch wood I should be at the first meet of the new season, so just let me know if you're going to be there and I'll bring it along

Brett if you get me the driveshaft before Stotfold national I'll redrill it there using Harris jig as I need to do a pair of my own and he's the only person I know with one (and nice enought to let me use it). Actually send me both and I'll do both with a couple of extra holes in them for future breaks.

So Borrow Col's for a short while but I'll get them both done.
