Default Slipper upgrade on losi xx(2wd)

Does anyone know if a doulde slipper pad from another losi or any car will fit the standard 2wd xx layshaft.Constantly having to lock up slipper to see through the race and with a low wind brush motor(vintage racing)it's very lively in and out of corners.Have doulded up on the locknut and new pad but need more. Any thoughtes.

Are you already running the double slipper assembly and are just having issues with pads/slipping or enquiring about upgrading to the double slipper unit?

the Losi double slipper will easily take mild brushless power (8.5T +) in a 2WD if it's in decent condition so should be fine for what you are running, if the plates are glazed and anodising worn then you'll have trouble whatever pads you run... locking it up will be killing your diff.

If you are looking to upgrade to double slipper then the XXX units should bolt straight on, new parts are still available with some searching...

you will need:

LOSA3132 x 2 (plates)
LOSA3123 x 2 (pads)
LOSA3124 (spring, cup and washer)

Spur gear will probably be different too, all my Losi's have had either double slipper or hydradrives so not sure of differences with older XX's

would recommend going for the white XXX-SCT pads if you can get them as they are better under load than the older yellow type
