If your running 2wd you'll need yellow staggers on front and yellow mini spikes on the back.
Ballistic buggy greens all round if its wet. 4wd you'll need yellow mini spikes all round for dry and ballistic buggy greens again for wet. Those are best for starters. Phill |

I asked since I read that spike tyres are required for the national event in June.. But I was actually told that pin are better.. ![]() |

Don't think you'll find anybody running mini pins on astro. Usually mini pins run indoors.

I have a set of ballistic green minipins 2wd front I was planning to use on astro. Are they also better suited for carpet or is it worth to try? What is the problem for pins on astro? They wear too quickly? |

Too much grip I would have thought with those on the front. Plus they probably wouldn't last long. Broxtowe astro is really high grip, even when it is damp. I would say use the staggers you have been using at bridgford, And rear tyre I favoured either the Schumacher Yellow Minispike or the ballistic buggy minispike in white when it was dry.
