Hi all,
Was really struggling with grip roll today at Southport. Car is a zx5 sp2 I had yellow mini pins on front and rear but was really struggling with grip roll,which tyres would be better? Cheers D. |

should of come over to see us earlyer on i see you got a shaft sorthed out , probably just needed to clip the outside edge of.

yes as Carl says. Also, you need to stiffen up the suspension on high grip surfaces. Thicker shock oil and or stiffer springs. |

Did the clipping the outside edges off thing.
Also a schoolboy error bought the car secondhand and did'nt check what oils were in the shocks also not sure what springs it has on it either the chap said they were Losi ones? with Gurnall pistons in them. Another trip to JE here we come. So you guys are saying the yellow minipins should be the choice to make? Btw how do you adjust the droop on electric cars all my nitro cars have had droop screws on them, is it a case of washers inside the shocks under the pistons? And while we're at it what is standard droop for the lazer zx5 sp2 and the RB6? Cheer's D. |
