Can I save this shell
I have a 210 original shell that came with a roller.
Its badly painted white and some parts have really been missed, althought most of it has been touched by at least a little white. Is re painting the inside with reds and greens goint to show through at all? I know it might darken a bit on the thicker white areas. Can I thin the paint thats already there so some other colours will show? Thinking maybe acetone lightly with a rag or something? Im thinking Ill mask the windows again and give it a bit of a rattler fade with a couple of colours to see if it does anything. and maybe doing the window stripes will help out

save yourself the grief and just buy a new shell.
either way, don't rub acetone onto a shell!

If you REALLY don't want to spent money on a new shell... paint it on the outside... or tape it, do some stickerbombing, something that'll make you forget what Frankenstein lies underneith your customizations?

Personally, I'd go for the rat look. Make it look intentionally rough, random decals etc. onto a winner.

Acetone on a shell = bad idea!
I had a clear shell, it was pretty old, it had some tough glue marks on the shell and a few other bits of residue, I used a tiny amount of acetone on rag, It pretty much instantly melted the shell in about 10secs! Lighter fluid, Or brake degreaser works, I use the break cleaner to get rid of any grease etc... But seriously just get a new shell, You could spend alot of time messing with it for it too look rough!

Getting a new one isn't a problem, I ended up doing a 3 stripe pink orange green on the inside, some of that colour came through the white but not really enough as I would have liked as the white was pretty thick in places.
It turned out okish and I put on a few black and white stickers so its not too bad. Ill post a pic later
