Default Painting rear wings

How do you paint rear wings with fluorescent paints to match a shell, confused as you need white over the fluorescent in the inside of a shell to make it work

Spray the bottom of the wing with the colour then back it white.
You will need a few coats of laquer to protect it though

or go fluro colour of choice,?
then back with white to make it solid, then over the top of the white with fluro colour again, then lacquer

+1 on the fluoro-white-fluoro-lacquer

I've been using Plasticoat clear, dusted on and flashed off with a hairdryer, recoating until I get a nice sheen.

Works really well.

cheers
