Always used Thompson Speedtouch, never had a problem with them. Only the useless PIPEX i've been using for the last 4 years. Were great up till last year then they suddenly went aweful. Worse than BT now for customer service and thats saying something.

Anyway i have the Speedtouch ST585, hasnt let me down once.

Yeah, i take it your on ADSL not cable?

Ive recently set me mate up with that router, it's pretty impressive tbh.
Note that N speeds firmware are still draft and could change, but it's doubtful.

I'm using 2 Ovislinks. They are cheap and works good.

Linksys WRT54G...big sub-sid of Cisco...can't go wrong.

If you can (and if you're interested), get a version 3 (old) as this has larger firmware ROM of 8MB and you can hack it if you want to.

I have a v5 (2MB ROM), and it's fine. I think they're up to V8 now...not sure.

They're not expensive and have good security features.
