Advice and HELP needed

I have just got myself a second hand cougar sv roller

im looking to do some 1/10 indoor for a bit of fun and keep warm as we have great weather in the uk

So this is the bit i need help on

what motors do you use as i have no clue on the electric front
im getting confused as i have looked on the net and there are 10T 12T and 450 motors and so on, all this is just gobbley goo to me so any help or links to what i need would be greatly appreciated
