Default carbon look or alloy, opinions please

if your a regular to this forum you may have seen my carbon and alloy lrp shark shelfer i made, if not this is it below,

.
.
.
.
my question is, i am making an st version shelfer of the car above and wondered what you guys think would look the best,

some of my st parts in the pic below:

.
.
do i use carbon look bottom arms and top arms on the front and back of the car or do i use alloy ones as i have in the car above ??

i have spares of both but am unsure which would look better on my shelf,

a standard shark in carbon and alloy and an st version in carbon and alloy,

or

a standard one in carbon and alloy and an st one in just carbon,

thanks for any input, ron

I still got a few sharks, the 2 carbon ones will be shelfers, thinking of getting someone to draw a racetrack on my living room wall and them pin the cars to the wall so they look like they are going round the track,

Anyway, what do you think about the question I asked, ?? Anyone, ??

I got a LRP Shark myself, but no longer used as i also have a mini 8ight

As per question, personally myself i think the carbon look stuff is really tacky, because lets be honest we all know its not carbon so why pretend it is.

So Alloy is my choice

The carbon is real carbon for the shock towers and chassis parts. Its only the wishbones which are false.

As are the turnbuckle ends too (also i meant to say the fake carbon bits look tacky)

The fake carbon bits should be left behind and alloy bits used in their piece instead

Ooo alloy spur. You wont have that on for long. I had one too and it kept lunching my pinions as it wore and my Shark sounded so loud it scared other people out of the way. Soon stuck a plastic one back on.

it should be ok, its for show, not for use, it wont have any electrics in it, it's gunna spend its life either sat on a shelf or mounted on a wall with a race track drawn on the wall
