Default Returning 'Newbie'

Hi All,

I've been looking on here for a couple of days but thought that I should put up a Newbie post.

Many moons ago I used to race at Swindon Buggy Club, starting in the mid 80's (!) with my first proper r/c car a Tamiya Wild One and finished in the mid 90's with a Schumacher Boss-cat.
I was dragged away from the 'sport' by various classic cars needing restoration so I now do that for a living.
However, just lately the R/C bug has struck again so I 'm now on the look-out for a Schumacher Cougar SV with all the electrics. If anyone knows of a complete set up for sale please get in touch.
Also if anyone remembers me from the old days at Swindon then do get in touch.

Seems like I have a bit to learn with the modern electrics!

But for now thanks for reading!

Cheers

Martin

Several cougars in the for sale section lately. If you have any queries about any of the sellers, don't hesitate to contact me (or any of the other mods) and we'll look into them for you.
You're right - elecs have changed massively in the last few years - search around abit as 99% of the questions you have will already been asked several times. Failing that, we are a pretty good community and happy to help.

Welcome back - in a month it'll be like you never left!
