Default Ball Diff?

High guys what r u changing on the ball diffs? the e clip? if so what r u changing to? any links?

R u changing the balls or the standard ones ok? what balls r u changing to?

Im a right in saying that its geared diff for high grip like astro and carpet and ball diff everywere else? How tight r u running the ball diff i run on polished floor any recommedations would be appreciated!

Put a good set of ceramic balls in like bud or similar the standard cir clip is fine just use the proper tool to fit and make sure it's the correct way up.

To be fair the build instructions are pretty crap if I haddnt had a cat sx I would have probably been in the same boat these diffs are practically identical.

i had used this diff but then it just kept slipping so i run the gear diff! but i hear that ball diff is better on slippy surfaces

I really like B-fast diff balls and rings with AE clear grease last along time. I have test a gear diff to a ball diff in dirt and I'm always about .3 faster per lap with the ball diff. The gear diff maybe okay on a really high bite indoor clay?

I run my ball diff as loose as I can with-out it slipping. This is on out door clay hole shot kind of dirt. If I was on high bite bar code style clay I would run it a little tighter.
