Official Chairmans Notice - AGM
The 2012 AGM will be held on November 11th at Marshfield Village Hall, COBRA's new indoor venua, doors open at 9am. Please note, there will be racing once the AGM has finished, but not before the AGM.
If you wish to race, you will have to help COBRA club to pull out a track AFTER the AGM has finished. A nominal fee, to be set on the day, will be charged for racing. All proposals must be sent to [email protected]. All proposals MUST be seconded and name on the proposal. If you propose a change, it is suggested that you attend the AGM to explain your proposal clearly to the members. All propsals MUST be sent by midnight in the 3rd November. Any proposals received after the cut-off will not be considered. Hywel Mills. Chairman, WRCA. No proposals will be accepted through oople, but if you wish to discuss prior to the AGM any proposals you are thinking of making, you are more than welcome to discuss on oople, that will be fine, but any arguing WILL be removed.

Don't forget, AGM this Sunday, 11th November at COBRA's indoor venue, AGM starts 9am (ish) with racing afterwards.
