Default Lazer ZX 5 Diff Screws

Just building my new Laser ZX 5 fs2 sp kit and I've come across a small problem when building the diff's. The screws aren't long enough to reach the nut on the other side. Having checked, the manual states the screws should be 25mm long but the two I have are 20mm. Has anyone else had this problem or have I done something wrong?

As phil says it's a known issue, you will need to get them exchanged for the 25mm ones.
