hi all
i have a problem with my spare ko/kr297fz,receiver, it gives the car a mind of its own, anybody out there good with these sort of things or any help as to where i could send it for repair, it may only be the ariel im nottoo sure

I had somthing happen very similer a while back and it turned out to be a bad set of crystals

snap, i got the same thing when on power.. Works fine with an identical one, so the spare must be dodgy.

come to think of it mine was doing it when i hit throttle but more towards mid/top end. But like i say it turned out to be bad crystals.

Is your good working one a 297 Darryl? Which tranny do you have, silver or gold fronted KO?

hi dan yes the good one is a 297 and the handset is the silver fronted one

may be of interest. or not, the 297 dont work with universe 3 or in hrs mode
