I think the F grading is an overall structure. I'll await to be corrected.

Formulas are not separated by 2wds and 4wds
You can get a licence grade that carries to either class in any class

Where did you get the info Neil?

I thought I would have been in the F4 list (as I beat Keith Wardle in 2wd) but looks like I didn't make it

Anyone know how the grades are awarded, especially if 2wd and 4wd are taken into account?

F gradings are awarded on your finishing postion in either the 2wd or 4wd championship, you may have beat Keith Wardle in 2wd, but you both may have been too low for an F4 or above grading and Keith then got a higher place in the 4wd champaionship....

Only speculating on what may have happened as not seen the tables/figures

The final overalls for 2WD & 4WD are on the Stotfold site,

http://www.stotfoldmcc.com/results/4wdoverall2012.htm

http://www.stotfoldmcc.com/results/2wdoverall2012.htm

these may be of interest to all racers.

2012: 87 racers in 4WD & 134 in 2WD - wow!
(2008: 47 in 4WD & 49 in 2WD)

not sure how the grades are worked out.

Edit: (Same) Formulas for 2013 list now added to Stotfold site: http://www.stotfoldmcc.com/files/Formulas_2013.htm

Not doubting you Dudders but when is the official announcement going to be made with breakdown?

As i finished above some in 1 formula and only just behind them in the other and not showing a grade and working out the percentages after the F1's and those that did not complete 3 rounds am confussed and just feel like selling up!

There are also people who were F4 at the start of this season who did not do a single round this year still showing on this years F4 list?

Can someone explain how these have been worked out please?

With F1 and drivers that have not done enough rounds removed so percentage split to show this years F grades in both clases?
