Default RB5 sp2 wc vega. Pinion size help

Hi,

I have the above car on a 78t spur gear, running a 7.5T speed passion V3. What pinion should I be running on a twisty astro with a good straight (SHRCCC), and also another astro track (TORCH) long straights and flowing.

Thanks

25 or 26 pinion would be about the best place to start. If you are going to the apex gp on Sunday come say hi if you need any help. I've got a bit of experience with the RB5 vega if you need anything.

I ran SP motors before I ran Orion, used to run my RB5 with a 7.5 on 27/78 on open tracks and 26/78 on tight tracks.
