Is that the 3a rear shock tower? Not seen the rear one my self

Have you added a nut to the back of the shock bushings so you dont have to bolt the shocks to the pick up screw?

I found the shocks are realy stiff when bolted into place with the single nut on the screw and placed a small 0.06 spacer behind the shock bushing and reamed enough so it fitted but had to be screw down the thread hold the screw into place allowing me to run the font nut loser.

I did this as I couldn’t find a nut thin enough for what I wanted.

Yes if you have got some pics DCM would be good to have a look!

I reckon im going to go for one to have a play with, i think during the build i'll add a slipper clutch, trf shocks and ball race the steering.

Any other parts that are must haves?

This is mine: TRF Shocks with AE springs, 3 Racing Front and Rear Towers and 3 Racing Alloy suspension mounts. Need to get a slipper and will also track down a Baldre shell as I like the look of it a bit more than the Durga.

I think the biggest single upgrade to make the car easier to build: a decent screw kit. The kit screws are really not up to the job. I used a Tonys Screws set on mine and would say it's good value for money.
