Default Orion Vortex R10 Pro - Problem with Fan

Hi,

I just got my new Orion Vortex R10 Pro Esc but I cannot mount the fan. The wholes are to small for the screws which are included...

Did anybody else have this problem?
Which screws were included in your sets?

Thanks,

Alex

Hi, i have three of these speedos and have had issue at all. I think maybe you have an odd one. I would contact Team Orion tho dont hold your breath waiting on a reply.

I think the screws are 2mm???

Hi yah Alex
I personally have never heard of this issue.
Can we assume that the screws are the right length and actually fit through the fan plastic casing?
Have you checked there is a thread in the speedo casing?
Are the screws too small or too big?

hi!

Thanks for the replies!

The screws fit perfectly through the plastic of the fan, but the hole in the ESC is just too small
I think in my package they included m3 screws

Hi Alex

The M3 screw would not go though the fan case.
If they do then they are not M3
Do you have any pics? Especially the top of the speedo
