generic topcat/cougar1/2 belts?

anyone know where I can get these? Need a few so original maybe too dear and scarce to buy. Thanks

edit: so lucky. found a spare one amongst a pile of spares. But problem still holds. Anyone know where to get non-original replacement / substitute? Thanks.
