Default Lipo help

Hello,

Right I'm starting touring cars, and I'm not that clued up on Lipos.....

What does it mean when the battery has 40c on it? Or 90c??

Take the Orion one for example, 5000 2s, 90c and 7.4v

Hope it makes sense,

Thanks Leigh

90C means you can discharge at 90 times the capacity, so in your example 5000mA x 90 = 450,000mA or 450A.

If you use a fast motor, the cells will get warm and limit the performance if using ones with a low 'C' rating, such as 30C
