I think that is just the orion speedo. They are very good speedo's from what I have heard, my friend has been running one for a while with no problems and my Dad has just got one and looks a nice bit of kit. My friend say's the are really smooth.

I have ran one for two race Mettings in 13.5t tc and I have got it going as fast as a Tekin with great brakes
So it's a great little esc |

Ok, just to clarify a few misnomers that are floating around (not just on this thread)
The older Speed Passions were made by Hobbywing (OEM branding), the newer Reventon ones are not. The Orion is not the same speedo, it was made OEM for that company specifically. The V3 mentioned in the original post is a brand new speedo on the market by Hobbywing. We've run one in a circuit class on 1S as well as off-road in a 4wd buggy (2S with a 5turn motor) for just under a month now and it's been great so far, no issues at all ! (dry and wet with appropriate waterproofing) I'm going to run it in a touring car this weekend with 10.5 boosted, but so far it seems to be very good indeed. Lots of power and smooth throttle feeling ! |
