Default New Tx/Rx time

In the market for a new Tx and Rx, currently have a GT3B which is fundamentally the same as an Ansmann W6.

I've noticed some lag with it and it has the dreaded 'no expo' buggy firmware too.

Options ...

1. Spektrum Dx3C + additional receiver (2 models)
2. Upgrade the GT3B firmware + new servo with spare $$
3. Sell some more car gear and get a KO PRopo / Futaba

I have an Alturn digital servo at the moment and it seems ok, read some mixed reviews on the spektrum re: range etc. Upgrading the FW on the GT3B has also seen mixed reviews so not sure ..... any opinions

Planet Futaba all the way. Strayed from The Planet once, blew a whole Euro meeting in France, and will never stray again. Simply the best, wheel or stick.

Same vote here !

Futaba all the way !

Been racing some 30 years, and have tried them all, started with Futaba and have gone full circle
