My little cr update

I did this with my xx4 so thought ide do it again just to say how pleased i am with it i relaly like the way the car feels and its nice and easy to setup im really really enjoying it i find it more fun ot drive than the b4 and it feels a little more consistant. So far i cant find anythign i dont like about it. Currently runnign it on a carpet track indoors with the following setup.

Rear
Oil 30wt
Spring pink
Inner hole on the wishbone hole 3 on the tower
Ball stud with 2 large washers underneith it in hole E on the hub
inner ball stud in hole 3
Driveshafts level
Long VLA thin

Front
Oil 35wt
Spring black
Middle on hole on wishbone
Hole 3 on th tower
Outder ballstud hole B
Inner ballstud hole 1
Arms level
Short VLA

General info
Long wheelbase
Yellow mini pins
Soft insert
Cells in middle with foam in middle
No front wing

I dont know how this compares to other peoples setups but i like it its steady round the corners and under acceleration and i had a relaly good result with it on thursday really enjoyed it.

When i had my CR i thought it was ok indoors but that was with my 540 motor and i didnt really get a chance to mess about with setups because i used it outdoors and just realised how much quicker my b4 was. Glad your liking your new car ash. Are your lap times any quicker than with your b4?

im not really sure as we change the track around quiet a bit and i havet run my b4 inddor since last year but i do deffently think im faster than with my b4 i was very happy with my results at kidderminster round to of the winter series and coventry i finished well in both higher than i exspected and kiddy was my first outting with the car. I think its a sign of good things to come. Bring on the f4.

I do have to point that out he is right, but the fact that you think you are definately faster is a bit sideways.

The reason you like the XXXCR over the B4 is that both the XX4 and XXXCR are very consistent cars and they suit your driving style. They suit mine too!

A little bit more of an update all i can say is whoa!!! I ran my cr around Oswestry outdoor track today for the first time its the only track bar kiddy where i ran my b4 and my cr and wow what can i say it doesnt seem fazed by the huge bumps on the straight. the rear of my b4 would be kick up but my cr rides them like its a touring car track. It had a good ammount of steering, to much to start with. but dialled that out had a bit of bad luck in two runs one i put my pack in and found it had a dead cell in it. then the another the big long ball studs that go in the rear hubs one of them pulled out. But in the 4th run i was really pleased with how the car was going. It was very similar to my b4 to drive but had a little extra steering and was alot more stable every where.
